Give a fitness "influencer" a whole bunch of 'followers' and all of a sudden they become a nutrition expert…

Argh.

Instagram has (unfortunately) given everyone an opportunity to sell their supplements or latest diet plan.

In this article, I’ll show you why that’s complete utter rubbish and a waste of your hard earned money...

Why Your Instagram 'influencers' Are Wrong About Weight Loss...

Nobody lost weight using a special "formula" or "diet" plucked from the field of unicorns and fairies. 

(Not even your favourite celebrity).

So, what really happens?

We lose weight because we begin consuming fewer calories overall.

^ That new 'detox' forced you to stop eating 500 calories worth of chocolate when you got home from
work - creating a calorie deficit.


--> Which is the real reason WHY you lost weight, not the fact you 'detoxed' your wallet.

As humans we love to 'follow'.  

We're biologically programmed to follow the herd and the latest trend. 

We love to feel secure knowing we're doing something positive about our health. 

Believe me, I get it.

But so many people get it wrong. 

Correlation doesn't always mean causation. 

This means: 

We correlate a formula with success in weight loss.

"I lost weight because I began drinking this raspberry ketones shake".

"I lost weight because I turned Vegan".

"Intermittent fasting was the reason I lost 25kg".

"It was the gluten I cut out that helped me lose weight".


No, no, no, no, no.

You lost weight because you started eating FEWER calories than before. 

Does this sound too simple to be true?

I hear you.
