We (personal trainers) deliver between 20-40 face to face sessions per week, and there's a lot of work behind the scenes to manage that amount.
We cannot be everywhere, and managing burn out is a very real thing. We start at 4am and quite often won't finish until 8.30pm. We work when you don't.
