I’d have said the same.
Until I did it myself…
Yes - this works.
And it burns a boatload of calories.
Here’s what you need to do:
So, press “start” on your stopwatch and you’ll do:
5 x push ups
5 x squats (body weight)
5 x dips
Now you’ll rest until the clock hits 1:00.
Then you’ll repeat the sequence and rest until the clock hits 2:00.
At first you might get 45 x seconds rest.
Then as you fatigue, you might get 30 seconds rest.
It’ll feel easy to begin, but once you get closer and closer to 15 minutes - you’re welcome.
