Check out this quick and easy high protein, low carb kangaroo stir fry recipe under 400 calories.  

It doesn't even have to be kangaroo mince.  You can substitute it for any source of protein. Here's how to make it.
Quick & Easy High Protein Low Fat Kangaroo Stir Fry Under 400 calories

This is EXACTLY how I prepare my dinners and extra meals.  This recipe makes me 3 x meals.  You can adjust the amounts to suit your needs.

Ingredients:
  • 600g kangaroo mince
  • 1 x whole head cauliflower
  • 1 x yellow capsicum
  • 3 x stalks of celery
  • 2 x chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 3 x carrots
  • 4 x chopped whole mushrooms
  • Coriander
  • Moroccan seasoning

Approx Macros Per Meal:
  • Calories - 374
  • Carbs - 12g
  • Protein - 50g
  • Fat - 5g
