[Recipe] - 3 Ingredient Chicken Rissoles in 2 Simple Steps

It's SO hard to find a healthy recipe these days that doesn't require some sort of witchcraft or wizardry.

For amateur cooks like me, I need something quick, easy and simple.  

Do you feel the same way?

This recipe is GUARANTEED to tick all the right boxes when it comes to simplicity, satisfying the taste buds and keeping the family happy.

Here's my 3 ingredient chicken rissoles in 2 simple steps that won't break your calorie budget.
The first thing I look at when I find a recipe is:
  • The amount of ingredients needed.

Then I'll glance over the method:
  • How long will it take me to make?
  • How many steps are there?
  • Is it complicated?

Luckily for you I have a solution (calories included):

These rissoles are SO easy to make and SO light on the calories. 


  • You won't even feel like you're 'trying' to lose weight. 
  • You will actually WANT to make these by the simple step by step method.
  • You only need 3 x ingredients to make them and doesn't take any longer than 20 minutes to make.
  • Your family will love em.  No need to cook more than one meal.

Okay enough teasing, onto the recipe itself...

3 Ingredient Chicken Rissoles in 2 Simple Steps

All you need is THREE ingredients (plus spices):

(Serves 4)
  • 500g of chicken breast mince
  • 2 x large carrots
  • 2 x large zucchini 

Here’s your two step method:
  1. Grate the zucchini and carrot into a bowl
  2. Add chicken mince (along with your spices) and use your hands to mix together and create 8 x rissoles

Then simply cook them on a pan.

Okay technically that’s 3 x steps but really, it’s so easy you couldn’t even call it a ‘step’.

Here’s what I had in the salad:
  • cauliflower
  • beetroot
  • lettuce
  • low fat tasmanian feta 
  • cucumber

TOTAL CALORIES INCLUDING SALAD (per serve):
Calories - 320
Protein - 56g
Carbs - 27g
Fat - 7g
