I've tried a LOT of various smoothies seeking the best flavour for the amount of calories consumed. I think i've created one of the best. My GOD this tasted good. Thick, creamy, sweet and low calorie. Ingredients and macros included... Why Post Workout? Honestly, no real reason. It doesn't matter when you have it but because it's a little higher on the carb side, it'd be better consumed after a weights session [1][2]. Simply mix all the below ingredients together in a blender. Ingredients: -12g PB2 Peanut Butter -1x scoop True Protein Vanilla Protein Powder -100g fresh frozen banana -100g frozen strawberries -water Macros: Calories - 304 Carbs - 46g Protein - 29g Fats - 4g Fibre - 7g Here's another picture of that sweet goodness!
