There’s one word in my life I try and live by. 

I say ‘try’, because I often overlook it. 

And when I do overlook it? 

The situation in front of me appears overwhelming, frustrating, and tedious.

In this article I'll share with you how to achieve mind-blowing results using one simple word.

HOW TO ACHIEVE MIND-BLOWING RESULTS USING ONE SIMPLE WORD

I’ll be honest - some days I struggle to see success. 

And that’s not just in business. 

It could be training, my nutrition, or anything in between.

But this particular word (and meaning behind it) changes all that. 

It forces you to look at the bigger picture. 

It reminds you of the overall goal. 

It’s resulted in one of our online clients in Melbourne to lose 6kg in 6 weeks. 

And another client in Wagga Wagga to shave 4cm off her waistline in just 3 weeks without sacrificing her favourite foods. 

One of the biggest so far though?

10kg down in just 8 weeks whilst STILL drinking wine, enjoying a holiday with her kids and running a very successful business. 

And yes - these examples are all sustainable results and because we teach ways to create lasting habits, not quick fix dieting, these results are forever. 

They’re just a handful of MANY stories…

How? 

I’d put it down to this word - actually. 

Why?

Because it flips your perception of progress and what it means. 

The word is Kaizen.

It means “continuous, incremental improvement”.

It originated in Japan and the word translates to mean 'change (kai) for the good' (zen).

We help all our clients, no matter what their start point is, to understand they will never be perfect with their eating. 

Or training. 

Or weight loss - for that matter. 

And the same goes for you. 

It's when you adopt the mindset of “continuous, incremental improvement”, you stop aiming for perfection.

(And realise there really is no such thing). 

And simply improve one-thing-at-a-time. 

Can you see the difference?

Aim for perfection...

Or aim for progression?

There is a BIG difference. 

So, if you’re like me, and often get bogged down with what’s right in front of you, remember to ‘Kaizen it’.

Meaning - continuous improvement.  

You see the progression, not the end vision.

Look,

We all fail. 

Make mistakes.

And struggle. 

But if you Kaizen everything?

If you recognise the small improvements made over time?

You WILL see mind-blowing results.  

It is one of the reasons we get our clients to take photographs and body measurements throughout their journey.

You'll be surprised just how much change occurs without them even realising until they see it on camera or on the tape measure - they never lie! 

I guarantee it.
