How is this different from every other challenge?
Our focus is to help people lose weight forever. This challenge is designed to help build the habits necessary to achieve this. The 'challenge' part is an extra incentive to lose the weight gained over the Winter period. This isn't an 'all or nothing' challenge, it's an opportunity to put the foot on the accelerator when most people take their foot off completely.
Why 8 weeks?
It's not too short that you won't see results, and not too long that you'll get bored or burn out. 8 weeks is a great timeline to 'up the ante' for a period of time and then 'cruise' with your results afterwards.
Do I need to see you in person to complete the challenge?
No, I have all the online systems necessary to get all the benefits of seeing me face to face, but online. In fact, it's more cost effective too.
How is the challenge judged? Don't face to face clients get an unfair advantage?
Don't worry, Online and Face to Face contestants are judged separately. Contestants will be judged on their overall transformation, story, lifestyle changes, the effort they put in and attitude. This challenge is NOT just about total weight lost, but the overall transformation.
I'm not sure if I should complete the challenge Online or Face to Face. Which one would you recommend?
I only have a few spots available for Face to Face clients, so your preferred time slot may be tricky. I encourage Online, but it's ultimately your choice. If you're a member of a gym already, I'd suggest online however if you need a bit of an extra push, then register for Face to Face.

Adrian"I found the challenge a great way to stay focussed and fine tune my healthy eating and exercise regime.
Other than the great workouts in the morning, the main benefit of working with Aidan was the way my results were tracked each week. This gave a great insight into what was actually working for me, what areas I needed to focus on the next week and what areas of my diet I needed to focus on. I’ve done the City to Surf about 10 times, my best time was 2 hours & 4 mins, that was 3 years ago - I haven’t done it since then as I wanted to do it in under 2 hours for the last & final time EVER. Before I started on this challenge, I’d been thinking that this will be the third year that I won’t do the City to Surf, BUT, now I’m motivated. I’m going to complete this goal, this year, for the very last time. I will be doing the City to Surf in under 2 hours!!!
