You'll be guided, pushed, kept accountable and made to sweat - all without leaving your home. These sessions are designed to boost your metabolism, drop fat, increase your productivity, elevate your mood to get you through your day - especially if you're stuck in isolation. So far, these sessions have been described as "the next best thing" to working out with us in our studio.

HOW Virtual 1:1 Training WORKS
All clients who complete 1 on 1 virtual training will have access to their program via our online portal so they can revisit their workout once completed. During the session not only will I demonstrate every exercise, but we also go over what is in their training calendar. Which too, they can view at any time during their workout. Zoom allows me to check form, encourage and motivate. (Not to mention ensuring they don't slack off). Online coaching clients will have their 'accountability check in form' to complete on a weekly basis to ensure guaranteed results.

Virtual Group Sessions
ZOOM also has a conference call feature, so we can keep training in groups together from the comfort of your own home, motivate each other and keep working towards your fitness goals without having to leave the house. Community spirit is still crucial, goal specific workouts also

Today I did my first ‘one on one’ online Zoom video training session with Aidan! Boy did he push me - even though he was not physically in the room with me! It was a great session - easy to follow with clear verbal instructions and great video visual feedback. Aidan kept an eye on my form throughout the session and his clear instruction on minor tweaks made a huge difference to my work out. I cannot recommend the ‘one on one’ Zoom session highly enough! It’s amazing what can be achieved with a chair, towel and the odd weight or two. I believe that it is imperative for us all to maintain our fitness levels while confined to quarters. Having an exercise regime tailored by you is very helpful and being trained on line in real time is ideal. Keep up the good work and spread the word.
