Is there a strict diet to follow?
No, absolutely no strict diets - we find a suitable approach to your life so you can sustain the results you deserve.
Do I need a gym membership?
Although it helps, it's certainly not necessary. You can complete the challenge from the convenience of your own home.
How many times a week do I need to exercise?
We recommend a minimum of 2 times to 4 times per week for best results. However, the answer lies in what number you can stick to beyond the challenge. If that's twice per week, awesome but if you can do more? Bonus.
Will the weight come back after the challenge?
Only if your approach is unsustainable, which we ensure it isn't. Weight is only regained if you follow a strict diet or meal plan. This is exactly why we work with you to find a sustainable approach to YOUR lifestyle and work commitments.
Why 6 weeks?
It's not too short that you won't see results, and not too long that you'll get bored or burn out. 6 weeks is a great timeline to 'up the ante' for a period of time and then 'cruise' with your results afterwards.
How is the challenge judged? Don't face to face clients get an unfair advantage?
Don't worry, Online and Face to Face contestants are judged separately. Contestants will be judged on their overall transformation, story, lifestyle changes, the effort they put in and attitude. This challenge is NOT about total weight lost, but the overall transformation.
I'm not sure if I should complete the challenge Online or Face to Face. Which one would you recommend?
I only have a few spots available for Face to Face clients, so your preferred time slot may be tricky. I encourage Online, but it's ultimately your choice. If you're a member of a gym already, I'd suggest online however if you need a bit of an extra push, then register for Face to Face.

Susie"I felt pretty neutral before the challenge as I had been stuck at a size and weight for many, many years and was skeptical of whether it could ever change and if so, what magic could make this happen as I was already training regularly and ate pretty well. Penny"Before the challenge I had a wonderful summer eating and drinking lots and having lots of time off work (is this what retirement will be like) and then I went back to my PT sessions with Aidan and saw the poster for the challenge. Knowing I really needed something to kick my butt (it was getting bigger so easier to kick) and get me motivated to lose some weight and fit back into my clothes, I signed up.
Working with Aidan is easy for me as he gets me and knows what I need to be motivated. Each week the PT sessions are different and this is very important to keep me interested and motivated. I am very happy with my results not only have I lost 2 kgs on the scales but a total of 12.5cms which is awesome for 6 weeks and plenty of motivation for me to continue and not go back to using all the excuses for not moving.
