How is this different from every other challenge?
Our focus is to help people lose weight forever. This challenge is designed to help build the habits necessary to achieve this. The 'challenge' part is an extra incentive to lose the weight gained over the festive period. This isn't an 'all or nothing' challenge, it's an opportunity to put the foot on the accelerator when most people take their foot off completely.
Why 6 weeks?
It's not too short that you won't see results, and not too long that you'll get bored or burn out. 6 weeks is a great timeline to 'up the ante' for a period of time and then 'cruise' with your results afterwards.
Do I need to see you in person to complete the challenge?
No, I have all the online systems necessary to get all the benefits of seeing me face to face, but online. In fact, it's more cost effective too.
How is the challenge judged? Don't face to face clients get an unfair advantage?
Don't worry, Online and Face to Face contestants are judged separately. Contestants will be judged on their overall transformation, story, lifestyle changes, the effort they put in and attitude. This challenge is NOT just about total weight lost, but the overall transformation.
I'm not sure if I should complete the challenge Online or Face to Face. Which one would you recommend?
I only have a few spots available for Face to Face clients, so your preferred time slot may be tricky. I encourage Online, but it's ultimately your choice. If you're a member of a gym already, I'd suggest online however if you need a bit of an extra push, then register for Face to Face.
