Online coaching is awesome. It's a fairly new concept in the fitness industry however, many personal trainers are jumping onboard - and for very good reasons.
We (personal trainers) deliver between 20-40 face to face sessions per week, and there's a lot of work behind the scenes to manage that amount.
We cannot be everywhere, and managing burn out is a very real thing. We start at 4am and quite often won't finish until 8.30pm. We work when you don't. That is, mornings before 9am and again when the 5pm rush comes in. As you can imagine, this isn't very sustainable. Plus, discussing food, daily habits and mindset during a 45 minute to 1 hour session whilst putting the client through a workout can prove challenging. Quite often, we need a seperate session to discuss such topics.

I Had Nothing Left...
I remember the moment clear as day. I had nothing left give. I was delivering 40+ face to face sessions per week, getting up at 4am every morning, Monday to Saturday and it wasn't sustainable. I was exhausted, tired and frustrated at not being able to help my clients get the long lasting results they deserved.
